I work with adults and runners who want to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies, whether they’re rebuilding after setbacks, training for a race, or simply staying active for the long run.

My coaching combines nutrition, strength training, and run coaching into a thoughtful, realistic approach designed to help you make steady, sustainable progress, — safely and confidently.

Why I Coach the Way I Do

My approach to coaching is shaped by my own experience.

After running marathons and facing a serious injury that damaged cartilage, I was told I would never run again and that I should become the queen of biking and swimming. Through patient training, proper fueling, and rebuilding strength the right way, I was able to return to running and regain confidence in my body.

That experience taught me how overwhelming, frustrating, and confusing the process can feel and how powerful the right guidance is.

It’s why I focus on helping people shorten the learning curve, avoid unnecessary setbacks, and build confidence in what they’re doing.

What I Believe

I believe:
  • You shouldn’t have to feel intimidated to take care of your health
  • Consistency and discipline matters more than extremes
  • Strength, nutrition, and movement work best together
  • Fitness should fit real life, not compete with it

The goal is for you to build confidence and independence, with my role being to guide, support and educate you, so you can make your own decisions and have my support when you need it.
